bought this as im a bit of a clean freak both before and after having anal sex, I would recommend using some kind of lube with it just to make it easier to work deep. It works fine and leaves me feeling adequately clean in places i like to be clean. The see thru bottle is good as well so you can make sure&nbspits spotless before next use.
